Park View in New Jersey

The Park View in East Orange, NJ had a massive space that went woefully unused due to material wear and degradation.  Deck Master was called in to help transform that space into a  lovely and impressive  22,000  square foot common area for the 280 tenants of the Park View.   A grand opening ceremony was held in May 2014 and attended by the buildings owners, management and local politicians and it has now become the “talk of the town” in New Jersey.Using state-of-the-art  Trex Transcend Gravel Path decking  we were able to create a high end residential common area used for outdoor entertainment, recreation and relaxation.  Tennants coming from the Lobby, gym, parking area or the office can walk right out onto this 22,000 square foot Oasis that hosts a free formed pool, dinning area, and access a beautiful new children’s playground.
